Description: Vinegar from white wine with D.O. Condado de Huelva, subsequently subjected to natural acetification and aged in American oak casks for 1 year.
Color: Brown with amber hues.
Aroma: acetaldehyde and with varietal memories of the Zalema grape variety from which it comes.
Palate: slightly sharp, with vinous notes.
Suitable for: salads, vegetables, sauces, meats and marinated.
